06:45 – 07:00 PICK UP TIME
Our limousine driver will pick you up at your hotels in the Hanoi’s Old Quarter area. Please wait in the hotel lobby starting at 06:45 – 7:00am. Due to traffic conditions, we aim to pick you up as soon as possible.
8:00 – 08:45: BOARDING TIME
Upon arrival at Halong International Port, the Halong Symphony crew warmly welcomes you aboard, ensuring a professional and friendly start to your exploration of Halong Bay.

09:00 – 10:30 Enjoy sightseeing while the Ambassador Cruise passes by thousands of majestic limestone islets in Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.

10:30 – 11:30: VISIT SUPRISING CAVE

Explore Sung Sot Cave – the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites in a variety of unique forms.

11:40 – 12:30: VISIT TITOP ISLAND

Visit Titov Island – a splendid destination encompassing a crescent moon-shaped beach, where you can immerse yourself in the turquoise water and climb to the top of the Island beholding the breathtaking 360o view of the bay. 12:30 – 14:00 Savor a premium lunch while Ambassador Cruise passes by famous beautiful landscapes in Halong Bay.

13:00 – 14:00: CRUISING AND SUNSET PARTY

Enjoy tea and coffee at the restaurant.

14:00 – 15:00: VISIT LUON CAVE

Discover Luon Cave – one of the most unique caves in Halong Bay featuring the selfcontained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain, where you can experience sitting on a bamboo boat* rowed by a local or Kayaking*. 15:00 – 16:00 Indulge in fascinating live band music at the Sundecks (except on every Monday) and admire the magical scenery of Halong Bay. You can opt to enjoy the cooking class at the 4th-floor restaurant.

16:30 – 17:00 Check out at the reception on the first deck while cruising back to the harbor. Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port. Our driver ready at the port and welcome you get on the limousine to transfer you return Hanoi city at around 19h30-19h45.

19.30: Drop you off at your hotel/stay. Trip ends.

Children from 03 – Under 08 years old: 75% of charge
Children from 08 years old and above: 100 % of charge
Infant will not have seat in the car, they will share the seat with parents.
Child will have separate seat in car but don’t have extra bed in hotels and overnight cruise.
Child under 08 years if require separate bed then upgrade to adult.

In SIC tours there might be waiting time for pick up to 1hr in some cases.
Itinerary can be changed in some cases because of unwanted weather conditions, road blocks or something unexpected happen. In such cases local tour guide and driver will take the decision which will be in best interest for the group.
In some cases, SIC tours pick up time will be little early around 6:30 Am based on our driver and tour guide arrangements.
SIC tours our car cannot wait at hotel so you have to be ready at your pick-up time, if you are late then you have to reach to the next pick-up point on your own.
